7:00 p.m.
Join the dynamic violin and harp duo of Amanda Ellerbe and Grace Bauson for an evening of chamber music, as part of the Music From Grace Chamber Series inaugural season, on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church, 4200 Dover Road, Richmond, VA 23221.

Violinist Amanda Ellerbe and harpist Dr. Grace Bauson will provide an evening of chamber music by romantic and contemporary era composers such as Sir Edward Elgar, Cesar Franck, Jacques Ibert and Astor Piazzola. “The canon of music for harp and violin is rich, so we had plenty to choose from” said Ellerbe of the process of selecting the program. “In the end, the program is a mix of beautiful melodies from different geographical areas and offers well-balanced arrangements of solo, chamber, and orchestral literature.”
Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors. A portion of the proceeds will fund two charities, Sound Experiences, a music education program for underserved youth, and the Grace Baptist Church organ fund.
