Virginia Choir Camp Registration

Registration applications for Virginia Choir Camp must be completed online or postmarked by June 15, 2011; registration after this date is by space availability only. Registration includes a completed registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your space.

Students who do not reside in the Richmond area will be placed with a host family. Arrangements will be made by the Academy of Music to match each boarding student with accommodations. For families wishing to travel with their child, information on local hotels can be provided.

All applicants must be between the ages of 7 and 18 as of 1/1/2011

Once accepted, unless notification of withdrawal from Virginia Choir Camp is received in writing by 6/15/2011, the student and parent/guardian are considered legally responsible for payment of fees in full. All fees must be paid in full by 7/1/2011.
