With the exception of Week One of RSHI, (July 25-29, 2011), all Summer Harp Institute registrations received before March 15, 2011 will receive a $100 discount! This offer is limited to one per family.
The deadline for regular registration is June 15, 2011. For registration after June 15, please inquire as registration will be determined by space availability only. Registration includes a completed registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your space. The balance is due on July 1st, 2011. Harpists applying for Week 3 must include an audition tape or CD. Please contact harps.foundation@yahoo.com for repertoire requirements.

Students who do not reside in the Richmond area will be placed with a host family, usually a local harp family. Arrangements will be made to match each boarding student with accommodations. For families wishing to travel with their child, information on local hotels can be provided.
For MSHI, students who do not reside in the Frederick area will board either with host families or in the host church's nearby parish house. These arrangements will be finalized based on the final numbers of camp registrants.

Once accepted, unless notification of withdrawal from the Institute is received in writing by 6/15/2011, the student and parent/guardian are considered legally responsible for payment of fees in full. All fees must be paid in full by 7/1/2011.
