Chamber Music Institute Registration

Registration applications for the Chamber Music Institute must be postmarked by May 1, 2010; registration after this date is by space availability only. Registration includes a completed registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your space.

Students who do not reside in the Richmond area will be placed with a host family. Arrangements will be made by the Academy of Music to match each boarding student with accommodations. For families wishing to travel with their child, information on local hotels can be provided.

All applicants must be between the ages of 12 and 18 as of 1/1/2010

Every student must bring his or her own instrument. Contact academy.music@hotmail.com if you have any issues bringing an instrument.

Once accepted, unless notification of withdrawal from the Chamber Music Institute is received in writing by 6/1/2010, the student and parent/guardian are considered legally responsible for payment of fees in full. All fees must be paid in full by 7/1/2010.
